Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from ManForge (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
This Policy is part of our Terms of Sale, which may include a mandatory arbitration agreement and class action waiver governing certain disputes, where permitted by applicable law.
1. All Sales Final Unless Otherwise Stated
Unless a product explicitly states it is eligible for a refund or return, or is covered by the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee described in this Policy, all sales are final.
This includes:

Digital goods

Coaching services
-
Consumables not covered by the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
-
Discounted items
-
Limited release products
-
Subscription renewals

Repeat purchases
Applicable law allows sellers to set reasonable return limitations if they are clearly disclosed. This Policy constitutes that disclosure.
2. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Initial Product Order Only
For ManForge’s physical supplement product, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee that applies only to the customer’s initial order of the product purchased directly from ManForge.
This guarantee applies only to the first purchase transaction for the product by a customer. If the initial purchase was made through a subscription, the guarantee applies only to the first shipment/order and does not apply to any future subscription renewals, rebills, repeat purchases, or additional shipments.
For purposes of this Policy, “initial order” means the first order placed for the product by a customer, household, shipping address, billing address, email address, and/or payment method.
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us at info@man-forge.com within 60 days of delivery and provide:

Email address used at checkout

Reason for the refund request

Any additional information reasonably requested by our support team
Approved refunds under this guarantee are limited to the amount paid for the product in the initial order only. Shipping fees, handling fees, shipping protection, and third-party fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Taxes will be refunded where required by applicable law.
This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer, household, shipping address, billing address, email address, and/or payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, involve fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, misuse of this guarantee, resale activity, or use inconsistent with product guidelines.
This 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a limited exception to the “All Sales Final Unless Otherwise Stated” section of this Policy.
3. Order Issues, Defects, or Damage
We will replace or refund items only if they meet one of the following conditions and you notify us within 7 days of delivery:

The item arrived damaged

The item was defective upon arrival

You received the incorrect item

The shipment was missing items
To file a claim, you must provide:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Description of the issue
If damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing item cannot be verified, the Company reserves the right to deny replacement or refund.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances except where prohibited by law or where expressly covered by the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee described in this Policy:

Opened or used consumable items such as supplements, powders, or food products, except for the initial product order covered by the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Apparel worn, washed, or showing signs of use

Digital products, downloads, courses, or coaching sessions

Subscription renewals or rebills

Repeat purchases of the same product

Free plus shipping items
-
Promotional, discounted, or clearance items, unless expressly stated otherwise

Items purchased through unauthorized sellers or resellers
5. Subscription & Membership Billing, If Applicable
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the interval disclosed during checkout.
To comply with applicable subscription, recurring billing, and negative-option laws:

Billing terms are presented clearly at checkout

You must affirmatively consent to subscription billing

You may cancel future subscription billing online through your account or by emailing info@man-forge.com
Cancellation stops future billing, but past charges are non-refundable unless expressly covered by the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, required by law, or approved by the Company in writing.
If your subscription includes a free trial or promotional rate, it will convert to standard pricing unless you cancel before renewal.
The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the first shipment/order of the product and does not apply to future subscription renewals, rebills, or additional shipments.
6. Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for issues covered under this Policy may be considered a breach of the Terms of Sale.
We reserve the right to:

Block future purchases

Suspend customer accounts
-
Provide necessary documentation to dispute illegitimate chargebacks, including order logs, IP data, consent records, customer communications, and delivery confirmation
8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of:

Suspected fraud

Excessive return attempts
-
Duplicate refund claims

Shipping address mismatches
-
Billing or identity inconsistencies
-
Abuse of our policies or promotional offers

Use inconsistent with product guidelines

Purchases made for resale or commercial use
The Company may block or restrict future purchases at its discretion.
9. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier marks the order as delivered.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
Replacements or refunds for lost packages due to address errors are not guaranteed.
10. Governing Law, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
This Policy is governed by the Terms of Sale, including any Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver contained therein, where permitted by applicable law.

Payment disputes
must be resolved according to the dispute resolution process described in our Terms of Sale.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers agree that disputes must be handled on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

We may update this Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
